"Kempinski is supposed to be a 5 Star hotel and experience however some aspects have let us down during our stay. Their Bar fridges were malfunctioning and some items in the room from a house keeping perspective were not up to standard. Their breakfast was amazing albeit the service in the Resturant has been disappointing to a point where I carried dishes off our messy table. "

"I have stayed in lots of hotels in lots of places and this hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. Service was exemplary from check-in to bar staff (Hayad was beyond amazing) to the restaurant staff to housekeeping). Do not miss the breakfast buffet or the river view at dinner. "Staff was so friendly and they helped arrange a shuttle for us to and from the airport. A lot of dining options at the hotel. About 25 minutes away from downtown Cairo which I liked because it wasn’t as busy and crowded as downtown is. Ubers were always available to take us anywhere we needed to go. The hotel was also very clean and beautiful "
