"The first room we entered wasnt what we expected so we went down to the desk and the staff manager Mohamed immediately helped us update our room to a much nicer one with a beautiful view on the river of Nile. The service was exceptional from all the staff during my stay there. And the food (tho sometimes expensive considering its egypt) was delicious. The only downsides we saw was the first rooms toilet, the cold pool, and that you have to pay a specific sum to eat at the terrace restaurant...

Service was exemplary from check-in to bar staff (Hayad was beyond amazing) to the restaurant staff to housekeeping). Do not miss the breakfast buffet or the river view at dinner.
