"Kempinski is supposed to be a 5 Star hotel and experience however some aspects have let us down during our stay. Their Bar fridges were malfunctioning and some items in the room from a house keeping perspective were not up to standard. Their breakfast was amazing albeit the service in the Resturant has been disappointing to a point where I carried dishes off our messy table. "

The food was very good: the buffet was amazing particularly the fresh bread and grill, the deserts were okay but I still enjoyed them; the bookable restaurants are not at all authentic but they still offer some tasty food. The drinks weren’t great: beer was good but cocktails were not at all authentic and quite cheaply constructed; however, the coffee was nice but nothing to write home about. "Had a lovely week at the ALDAU and was blown away by home huge it is. The pool is an absolute beast! A great family spot with lots to do and great service and staff. The food wasn't especially amazing unless you were able to score a reservation to one of the restaurants on site, which was nearly impossible to do, and you could only go once if you could.
