"Great location only five minutes or so to Old Town Zurich. Nice breakfast and helpful staff. Room fairly basic but was fine as we were out most of the time. No safe deposit box in room which was unexpected and not ideal."

"The hotel is conveniently located very close to a tram stop and 1 stop to the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful although housekeeping needs attention as they missed topping up the coffee pods for the Nespresso machine a few times, no big deal ..."
