"Everything about this property was exquisite. The room, service, location, everything. The ONLY drawback was attempting to get there to park. It is in the old town that seems like it is pedestrian only. It was VERY nerve-racking driving down those streets packed with people to get there. Once there, it was ideal."
"Absolutely beautiful property. We tried to Omakaze restaurant which was an absolute treat. The hotel breakfast is unparalleled. The spa is also quite lovely. The only complaint is that taxis to and from town are pricey, but for the traveler who wants a property where they do not have to leave, it is absolutely wondetful. The bar is also fantastic and the rooms modern and clean. The rooms are also temperate controlled appropriately, especially considering AC is not common in Switzerland. ...
"Lovely clean room, with comfortable bed and a hot shower. Room features, such as TV and blinds are controlled with an Ipad. All modern features. I did encounter some technical issues with the TV, however after contacting reception, a staff member promptly came up to my room to sort the issue out.
All in all, an excellent stay.

"Great value for your money but a bit hard to get to / walk around from given the huge hill that it’s on, especially with luggage. So plan ahead for that part but otherwise we really enjoyed! "
"Classic look of the hotel when you are outside. But once you enter to the lobby and other public area... wow this hotel is stylish, modern interior. The bar is so welcoming to have chilled drink or coffee, this is especially the outdoor terrace that facing to the great panorama of the lake and greenery.
Breakfast is remarkable and we enjoyed the bubble with smoked salmon very much. "
