"It is a lovely hotel just off the main tourist routes (so quiet), but also right in the middle of where you want to be in Brugge. Great parking which means no driving into a tiny lift to be lowered to a very small cramped parking area under the hotel........... Rooms and everything clean tidy and quality. Staff and amenities all very good. Like all hotels it's the staff that make the place. Our check in and stay was great especially the staff in the bar area were brilliant. We did though also...

"Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn, weshalb der Verkehr deutlich zu hören ist. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber angenehm. Die Anlage selbst ist schön hergerichtet und sehr grün. Das Hotel ist absolut familientauglich, denn es gibt einen Spielplatz draußen sowie ein Spielzimmer drinnen. Das Frühstück war einwandfrei und sehr lecker. Besonders hat uns aber der sehr nette und zuvorkommende Service gefallen."

"Great location, clean rooms, professional and helpful and friendly front desk staff. Must acknowledge Nieles at the front desk. We checked in quite early from a bike and barge trip and had expected to leave our bags and come back at check in time. Instead, Nieles kindly checked and found a room that was ready. After our strenous bike trip, having a room ready early was a blessing. Going above and beyond like Nieles did leaves a positive and lasting impression of the hotel. Another front...

"The main floor common areas are gorgeous, but the rooms are completely different. There are actually three buildings and our rooms were in another building with stained carpet and poor soundproofing. I could hear the neighbors. The “canal view” was not a view of the canal, just tree leaves. A great location at a historic property but not worth the money."

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."

"Lovely boutique hotel just outside the city centre (which is exactly what we wanted). Just off a lovely canal and easy walking to city centre and very close to bus stop making arrival by train and bus connection easy. The hotel was clean, well maintained and rooms were nice. Breakfast onsite was nice with good variety and is convenient since we discovered tha tplaces don't seem to open very early for breakfast in Belgium."
