"Overall a great stay, staff came in to make beds/towels every day! Unfortunately our tub didn’t train and chain needed adjusted to get toilet to flush repeatedly but we made it work. Good central location to Everglades and Biscayne NP. "

"I was really impressed with this room, I just wanted somewhere comfortable to rest my head for the night because my cruise was the next morning. I wasn’t expecting much. However, to my surprise when I arrived the room was spotless and hugeee. There was also a big hot tub which I didn’t expect at all. The room looked way better than the pics on Expedia, I guess they renovated recently. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I also love that my uber eats came to my door because at other hotels...

"The hotel is clean, it is not new but with good maintenance. The breakfast options includes some fruits like apple and banana, salad fruit, yoghurt, bread, and some pastries (cupcake and donuts). The parking lot looks safe. The front desk staff was very kind and ready to help."

"We had a great experience at Tiny Bird House inside Redlands Koi Gardens. The outside gate stays open for the guest from the side street. No issues with using the code to enter the Tiny Bird House. Everything was super simple. The property itself is serene, tranquil and was such a beautiful, relaxing experience. Very nice and helpful staff. Koi ponds throughout, live parrots and two sweet cats are on property as well. Rooms are spacious for "tiny" home dwellings and well equipped kitchenette....
