"Our Expedia booking had two less people than we meant to place on the booking. Upon arrival, the front desk employee requested we pay more to accommodate more people in the same sized room (four people in a room that fits four). While this was mildly annoying, the real issue was that the front desk employee intentionally spoke in incredibly fast spanish and tried to deny our additional guests before demanding more money. While this is generally fine, once we paid she proceeded to speak fluent english and switched her tone to be slightly more pleasant though did not great our party once the entire time we walked back in or out of the hotel. If our group were unable to speak spanish we would not have been able to keep the reservation and would've lost our money. "
