En esta ocasión ocurrió que el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba y necesitaban hacer un cargo a la tarjeta que por un error a la hora del check in, no se hizo completo. Me di cuenta de esta transacción por una alerta de mi banco. Sin problema que hicieran el cargo, pero por temas de seguridad, se agradece una llamada o en su defecto un mensaje a mi correo o WhatsApp. Todos estos datos son proporcionados cuando uno hace la reservación, no veo por qué no...
