"Reserved this location to go to DisneySea with family of 4 (2 elementary aged kids). Check in and out was easy (use the links/forms they send you earlier to make it quicker). It's right next to Dawson, a grocery store, and the Nishi Kasai station for easy public transportation. You do have to be careful a bit sleeping on the top bunk as my kid hit his head, but besides that, really well priced."

"APA hotel was excellent, staff were extremely helpful and offered excellent customer service. Hotel is spotless and well cleaned regularly. Only downside is very limited choice for breakfast and very greasy .Should have a breakfast bar and serve just basic breakfast such as cereals and bread products. Having breakfast included in stay was a complete waste as it was hardy taken."
"The hotel entrance is connected to food, shopping, and trains. We had Ringo peach & apply custard cream pastries daily. The Mitsui Garden is on the 36th floor with amazing views of the water and city from lobby and our room. Gracious helpful staff when we asked to ship our luggage to our next hotel. Last, the outdoor onsen overlooking Tokyo was wonderful. "

This particular LiVEMAX is located walking distance to Toyosu Park with plenty of great shopping and food options. Enjoy the beautiful city lights walking around there at night too."
