I had an amazing stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Toyosu! Very clean and spacious room, with a very kind staff. The neighborhood is quiet for those who prefer to stay in a calm neighborhood while visiting other areas in Tokyo. Hotel is located right next to Toyosu Station which is perfect to access other railways that will take you to other neighborhoods in Tokyo. Also located right next to the stop for the Airport Limousine Shuttle, which is great for those who don’t want to deal with the hassle of carrying around your luggage through the subway station. Highly recommend!

Except for the fact that you have to get to the top floor, then transfer to a different elevator to get to the floor with rooms it’s a great hotel with fabulous views and nicely located above a train station with lots of shops and dining options

I liked the big bath on the top floor ( in and the open roof) very modern style and relaxing. The room size is decent but the view from the room is the key factor for this place. Public transportation is great. This hotel is connected to the subway entrance and you can go to Ginza, Yurakucho by train only 3-4 stops away. Also the bus takes you to Yaesu( Tokyo station).

Mitsui Garden Hotel in Toyosu is a great place to stay while visiting Tokyo. It is located above the Toyosu station and provides easy and quick access to all over Tokyo. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Lots of shopping and dining near by, and the views of the water are great.

Direct Access to Toyusu Station and Lalaport Shopping Mall with the Hotel Elevator. Was a good stay to get out of the stressful Tokyo center. Good restaurants and shopping possibilities, too. The desk counter speaks English and helped us multiple times - thank you for everything.

First time in Tokyo and my wife and I did not want to leave this hotel. The location for access to subway train is very easy and makes getting to other areas easy.The staff and the breakfast was the best especially the coffee. The view from our room was incredible. We have breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji every morning. Although the location is not in the thick of areas filled with nightlife it is a sanctuary to come back to after a day or night seeing the sites. Also it a bus ride straight from the airport right outside the hotel to the front lobby.

We were allocated a bay view room, and I was not given the option to choose the room view nor informed in advance what the view would be. The bay view was significantly worse than expected and felt like a downgrade compared to my previous stay. Otherwise, the stay was fine. The room was clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful. However, as the view had a major impact on our enjoyment and cannot be selected in advance, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Based on this stay, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
