"I booked in a single reservation for a family of total 4 people, the room(s)they gave me was 2 separate rooms with 2 twin beds in each. So one room was only use for sleeping. I then inquired about maybe get 1 room with 3 beds and they wanted 40000 yen more per day , x 5 days. You can see my frustration. ..."
