beautiful hotel in a quiet university neighborhood. walkable to the train station & many great restaurants and shops (along with the hotel’s) in the area. superb staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, and the additional amenities of a relaxation room (massage chairs with serene nature videos playing on the wall.) The zen garden is a must go to, daily if possible!)

Everything was great. You need to ask the staff to help with bags otherwise it is not offered. But upon asking they were helpful. There were steep stairs to my room. Carrying a bag up was hard but I didn’t want to hurt myself trying to carry them down.
