"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous!
The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

Plenty of good local shops, cafes and restaurants, including an M&S food hall .
Safe and quiet neighbourhood.
Staff on arrival at front desk were very helpful in showing how the electronic entry system worked via my mobile.
I had the windowless room for 2 to keep a sensible budget, and it was perfect for us, only wanting somewhere to sleep rather than spend any time in.
I would stay here again without hesitation."

The rooms are more spacious than most hotel rooms and have amazing views over the London skyline. This is the only hotel in London where I am happy to drive and park. A special thank you to the concierge who was extremely helpful. "
