"My husband and I had a really beautiful stay at this beautiful, boutique hotel. It was so perfect. The staff were thoughtful and kind, the property was so gorgeous and relaxing. The pool was cute and they also provided sunscreen, lotion, and beach chairs. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was the best - such an intentionally crafted menu! I keep asking my husband when we can go back!"

"property is beautiful! staff is very welcoming! upon arrival, I noticed that my toilet seat cover was broken so I notified the front desk staff. someone came in to take photos and had me sign a liability waiver, but no accommodations or services were offered in return. I also noticed in the morning that my coffee machine was also not working. I left a note so it can be repaired for other guests’ stay!"

"We needed a place to relax for the weekend after a busy work week. This fit the bill. We stayed in building 14. We had a lovely balcony with rocking chairs. They provided a nice cozy blanket. We had a massage. I believe my therapist’s name is Erica. She was wonderful! They have live music and a patio with fireplaces to relax. We did enjoy that area a few times. "There was no beach view from my room but the hotel yes. I was placed in an annex not the main hotel. The annex had a weird configuration. Only the valet/maintenance staff that I interacted were amazing. They made parking tolerable in an otherwise insane town for traffic. "Amazing hotel with breathtaking oceanfront view"

"Great hotel, excellent location, very walkable. Beds were comfy, lots of little nooks to have drink inside or outside. "

"Booked the hotel mostly because of the rooftop bar but it was closed on Saturday due to a party. Did get to enjoy it on Sunday. Food was just ok but view is fantastic. If I was to stay in Laguna again someday, I would stay away from the Main Street as it's way too noisy from bikes and cars racing up and down the street all day and night. Room itself was pretty nice with a great balcony. Staff were a friendly. Parking was a half a block away but still very convenient."

"Beds are entirely too high. Uncertain why they are that high. Walls are paper thin and I heard the man next door snoring. They do provide earplugs. No pool. Trash cans are highly accessible. One evening a new guest asked me if I worked there when I went to the front to fill a water bottle. She was waiting at front desk to check in for a longer time than she expected. Turns out the clerk was chatting in another guest room for about 20/30 minutes. The new guest was pretty stressed. "

"The property is in a nice location right on the Laguna waterfront with lots of restaurants and conveniently located adjacent to Ralph’s grocery store. However, the parking was limited to one stall per unit, the bedding was not cleaned before arrival (hairs and stains seen), and very limited kitchen cookware (no colander or cookie sheet or griddle and one size of glasses and two cereal bowls only).
