"WOW!!! I love that the room had hardwood floor! Upon entering it SMELLED CLEAN!! 😍 They had the A/C on so that was another bonus because it was warm but it did not have that smell when the unit is old or that stale smell! Bedding was clean and LOVE how they embraced going green! The staff was very helpful and friendly! I’m super impressed! Would I recommend this hotel… I already have to multiple drivers 😂 I’m never staying at a holiday inn again 😂"

"First of all, we were somewhat greeted by a man on a screen that is remote broadcasting from India. No other perskn was physically in tge room. Our room had a fridge that wasn't working, the coffee machine had a used coffee pod in the water dispenser, the shower grout looked to have mold issues, and the comforter had a stain. "After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again."
