"Breakfast was mid-grade with bagged egg product. Staff were unhelpful except for Housekeeping, who were amazing. Sheets were stained upon arrival. Replacement sheets were also stained. At or around 5:30am, we were all startled out of our rooms."

"There was a banging sound coming from the other side of the wall of our room. It sounded like it may have been coming from a utility room or equipment area. It went on intermittently all night and into the next morning. I spoke to the front desk in person at 7 AM and she said I should have called them, which I should have, but now I am asking you to please take care of it and she said she would. Over an hour later, still noisy so I spoke to the front desk in person again. The issue was never resolved, we never received an explanation or an apology. I have no confidence that calling them in the middle of the night would have done any good. "

"Room was good and hotel is nice. No microwave. I didn’t like the pillows, they were too thin for me, but that’s a minor complaint. "

"Breakfast was nice. Rooms were nice & clean and air conditioning was pretty quiet. I do have one safety concern.in the bathroom, being as there is a shower curtain there is nothing to hold on to when showering and the tub gets very slippery when soaping up so a grab bar would help."

"From the moment we arrived we were taken aback at how thoughtful the staff and premises was. The hotel is so clean and well kept, the rooms were well appointed. But the staff was next level, they were so helpful and welcoming. I have been recommending them to my local friends!"
