"Check-in was at 4pm. We showed up at 5:15pm and the lobby was full of angry guests. Upon checking in, we were told our room was not ready yet due to housekeeping delays. We did not get into our room until 5:50. We had all-inclusive tickets to the Cardinals game and ran about 40 minutes late getting there because the delay at the hotel check-in. Aside from that, staff was nice, room was clean and we enjoyed the stay. Just wish they could've been on time or made attempts to make it right."

"Parking was hectic, along with valet parking. This hotel needs a lot of TLC. The room I stayed in had peeling paint on the ceiling,light bulbs out, and a bathroom drain stopper that wouldn’t come up to be able to drain. I contacted the front desk about the drain stopper not working and was told that maintenance would be sent to my room, which never happened. Thankfully we only had to stay there 1 day. I would not recommend this hotel as it obviously is being neglected in many ways. "
