"We loved our stay here. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. We loved the little tiny. Disney touches everywhere. The staff was wonderful. There was one staff member named Katrina who went way above and beyond and made our child with autism. Feel amazing. We already booked to go back because of her."

"This was a really fun experience for The Family After our Disney theme park visit. Thr Hotel was 10 minutes away from Hollywood Studios. The staff were also nice and welcome, we were also impressed with the resort like upgrades like and have a food court, convient store, Arcade game room and the included other water activities. I'd like to give a special shout out to Ms.Habiba, who was very nice and helpful in offered us excellent customer service during our recent visit.. I recommend staying here if you are looking for family fun time"

"Great place to stay for universal and epic parks. The pools were great and the property has lots of good food options and bowling. The actual rooms were ok at best. We stayed in a family suite in one of the buildings by the pool (I think called outdoor access room) and it was right on the freeway and was very loud. It was crammed for a family of five but would be ok for four or less. The beds were comfortable but pull-out sofa was rock hard. "

"From the front desk to the pool bartender, everyone was friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with an outlet beeping, yes beeping. Within 15 min of notifying the front desk, maintenance came and replaced it. Wonderful experience and I would definitely rent a room again. Housekeeping didnt speak English but was able to work around that. "

"Clean rokms friendly staff. Fresh chocolate chip cookies. Close to Universal Studio entrance. Have a shuttle but it is not their's and you need a reservation as tgey go to multple hotels. Also had a ticket counter for Universal in the hotel. Only thi g is paying for parking each day. But you are in Orlando..."
