"While the staff, hotel and location were excellent there were a couple of minor issues. The television would not work properly and we advised the staff who attempted to fix it. The cleaning was not great, but just ok."

"For the price I expected more bathroom was tiny and old tired looking, beds almost touched the wall so you have to squeeze past and bang the tv. Continental breakfast was very poor "

"Excellent location to the tube and bus station for both of my tours. Breakfast had a lot varieties and delicious. My 19 year old son was denied check in as my flight was delayed until the next day, even though his name was listed as a secondary guest and room was paid in full. I had to change my booking to reflect the reservation to have his name as primary. This should not be necessary, but he was allowed to have a room afterwards. It was tiring for him to arrive after flying in from the U.S. and stressed that he didn’t have a room. Staff should have looked at reservations carefully first time to see all the names of guests. Besides initial frustration, room was adequate and completely renovated. Recommend to stay here again in London."

"Best balance regarding the price. The location is amazing, it is inexpensive, the facility is great. Rooms are very basics but surprisely big considering the price. The staff are discreet but above all courteous, welcoming and helpful despite the volume of customers. It's a very lively place while still being calming. I highly recommend 😊."
