"1 glass in the kitchen, smoke detector was missing. No way to control the heat or air. Asked the front desk two times to help and no response. The thermostat was blank/dead and the wall unit said to use the thermostat. So neither would work."

"The room was ok. The floors were very dirty. My bathroom door didn’t fit the frame. One of the visible outlets didn’t have a plate. My daughter and boyfriend were given a room on the other side of the hotel while the rooms, with the same bed situation were empty right next to me. The security lock on the door was broken. This was the first time in a hotel by themselves and the didn’t feel comfortable. When asked if they could change rooms they were told those were being removed from all the rooms and I had mine on my door. When asked if they could be closure to me they said no and offered no explanation."

"Clean rooms. Accommodating staff. Conveniently located close to the highway, but far away enough that it was quiet. Very nice. "

"Loved the style and the built of the hotel. The room was clean. I only ate one time at the Restaurant, what I ordered I did not like. Lump crab cakes, Not the "lump" crab that I know and love, but full of bread crumbs.... "
