"One of the elevators was out, and had been for while, apparently. It was a common sight for there to be a line of people waiting for the one remaining elevator. So we used the stairs 95% of the time, as it was much faster. Also we reserved a room with a sofa bed months ago, yet when we checked in, there wasn’t one of those available nor an upgrade to a larger room. When we booked the place, for 5 nights, breakfast was an extra $500. Seems steep? The room and bathroom were small, and the bedside...

"The bed had an uneven mattress, with unfitted sheets and the spring box mattress was metallic all around, so it was very noisy. The hotel needs an overall upgrade. The checking area was cluttered and disorganized. I wouldn’t stay again or at least for no more than 1 night."

"The pregnant lady checked us in and was super helpful. Room was exceptionally clean, housekeeping came everyday and was friendly. Breakfast bar was all you can eat and there was something for everyone. The best breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There is a fee, but it is about the same cost you would pay at the Diner across the street. The hotel breakfast is much better than the Diner. Easy access to the pool and beach.
