"First room was dirty, hair in bed. New room was fine. Loud kids were running up and down the hallway all night. Breakfast was closed an hour early. While we were getting food, staff came and started putting food away as if they didn’t see us getting the food. We then had to ask multiple times for them to bring us back items like syrup and cups. How can you end breakfast early and tru to subtly refuse to accommodate people that were already getting food before you decided to close down early! Weird. We and other guest had to ask guy multiple times for stuff that he was putting away as we were fixing our plates. Very rude and weird."

"Located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants close. Parking close with wide spaces. Hotel clean, staff all helpful and nice, room clean. There is a bar and coffee shop on site. Will stay again. Check in and check out quick."

"Staff was excellent. I was very disappointed with my room. The bed was soft and the location was not desirable. They put me right next to the fitness center. I asked to be moved and they refused to put me in a different room. it was very busy the first night of my stay even though they have quiet hours in the lobby."

"Brand new and feels like it. Staff was super helpful and very kind. Everyone had a smile and was amazing. The staff at the desk were so nice. I got in a little early and they didn’t give me a hard time and found a room that was ready early. That is so appreciated when you had to catch 2 flights to get there. Loved this property and will be back."

"We had an issue with the room. One of the staff members stated he may not be able to change us to another room due to the number of guests they had; however Ms Gabby stepped in and changed us to the room we paid for. She was so helpful and greeted us with a smile and friendly word every time she saw us."
