"The bathroom has no exhaust fan. Interestingly enough the Cook county code requires all residential and commercial bathrooms to have exhaust fans. Also, the staff falsely charged my incidentals for some water they were selling in the lobby and I pointed that out so they had to remove the charge."

"Great for me because of the breakfast 😀"

"Great place to stay! Breakfast was pretty good, with a great selection. Wonderful location, clean and quiet."

"Very comfortable room and excellent customer service"

"Noisy. Regardless of the room you are given, it’s impossible to rest well due to the nearby road. Everything else is fine"

"Great location. Easy convenient access to A lot of places in Evanston and northwestern university."

"The prototype was very clean and well taken care of. Staff was very nice to talk to and helpful with any questions."

"Got welcomed with kind and generous. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was okay, parking lot in front very little amount but they do have a parking garage next to the property very easily accessible. $100 deposit- Parking isn’t free also. But overall stay was nice"

"Loved plenty of parking, room cleaned every day and breakfast included. Would love to have a few throw pillows and blankets in the living area. Would love to have coffee in the lobby earlier than 7:30."
