"The location is amazing! It is just a few miles from Denali National Park. We stayed at the motel section and it was clean and seemed fairly new. The beds were comfortable. The shower was good. They have soap and shampoo. There is a fridge and microwave too. The windows open with a screen on them and they have a big fan mounted on the wall, so we stayed cool and comfortable. They even sell bear spray for $50 at the check in desk. There are several cafes and shops on the front part of the motel. The RV section is in a gravel parking area behind the motel near the trees. The area felt safe. They have quiet hours after 10 pm. It was clean, comfortable, and was better than we were expecting. It’s still expensive, just like everything else in Alaska, but the location and good condition of the room were worth the price."

"Good restuarant options, very walkable property, very close to adeventure activities, shopping and Denal National Park entrance! Great location. Very easy shuttle service to Denal national parkas well - would be great if rooms had a small refrigerator. Pay per load laundry is also available."

"Adorable little cabins with great Mountain View’s. Staff were fantastic and always professional and polite. If we needed help, it came immediately. Great location near shops, ice cream and restaurants. Amazing pizza at Prospectors . When booking , there was a 49th State restaurant on site. Upon arrival, it was a new restaurant called Takos. We were disappointed with that. Dinner was good, but $12-$19 for a breakfast burrito and coffee was not for us. Would definitely stay again."

"Spacious, clean, well maintained cabins. Gas grills at each cabin was outstanding! Kitchenette with coffee, fridge and microwave. Large clean bathrooms with plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. Roku TV. Plenty of wildlife around. Convenient to Denali NP. Rose’s Cafe a must for breakfast. Grocery store is .5m away."

"This is a large but charming hotel not far from the Denali national park. There are a few onsite restaurant options and many picnic tables in the “miner’s camp.” Even though there are many buildings, the layout is such that it feels like it is a smaller place. There are things for children to do as well as entertainment for adults. There are no refrigerators in the room, but there are nearby ice dispensers. Although we drove ourselves, there seemed to be shuttle service to park and other adventures. I would highly recommend this place."
