"This place is truly exceptional. ALL of the staff are brilliant. Reception, management, bar staff, breakfast team, grounds people, spa team, housekeeping, drivers, bell service, gym, wellness team, restaurants, maintenance, beach guys, all of them, and sorry if I missed anyone. Without a doubt the best place I’ve ever stayed. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are superb. That is what makes the ‘hotel’ experience whole. I was lucky to be there at a quiet season and I wanted peace and quiet so this was perfect. The pool is brilliant and the beach is calm, stunning, and tranquil. Because it is a wellness resort there is no crazy loud music and they discourage smoking/ loud phones, etc which is perfect. The spa service is fantastic. I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. Thank you to everyone who works there for making the experience first class (and thank you for the hat!)."
