"Very classy. You have an entire flat. It is spacious by UK standards. Kitchen is well appointed. The inside and outside are restored in fine detail - everything works and everything upscale. If we were coming for a month, the Ulsterville Residence would’ve been a great apartment from which to travel. Sound insulation between flats was outstanding - rather unique in an urban setting. Parking was readily available and very safe. Neighbors were friendly. Full marks - across the board."

"If location is important this is not the hotel for you. We spent much of our day waiting at bus stops to get back and forth. Other than that it was fine. Nice room and it was clean. Comfortable bed too. Not happy with the coffee machine downstairs, expensive and terrible quality. Would not stay again."

"Hotel originally selected based on location, price and availability for a short 2 night stay for first time in Belfast. Upon being greeted at door upon our arrival we realized this was going to be like no other place we have stayed before in any city.
