"Checking in- booked 2 rooms under 2 names but same reservation, the person checking us in only processed 1 room and had to be prompted to process the second room which was a king not the 2 queen bed room I had booked. The comforter had stains on it and room didn't look too clean. Went back to change right away but the staff was trying to assign rooms on different floors. Breakfast was terrible on first morning , over cooked for the eggs and the waffles were still frozen in the center. Better...

"The rooms are improperly labeled. I had reserved a queen room and it had a double bed in it. After going to the front desk about it, I was informed that there are no queen beds and we would have to pay more to upgrade into a king. They weren’t very nice about it, and I had to pay more money for it. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
