"A wonderful stay to begin with. There was some construction underway during our stay, hence a bit loud. The pool closes early, so no late night relaxation possible. Apart from these foibles, it was very satisfactory. Great staff and breakfast is amazing."
"The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. "Overall the property was good. Communication was a bit lacking as we weren't informed of a party of building residents that played loud music or the fact that they do not have a 24 hour desk person to reach. Extra toilet paper wasn't provided as well which I'm sure they would have provided if asked but you shouldn't need to tbh. Hot water was an on and off situation. Overall my stay was a short one and I picked the property for its pet friendliness and distance to the airport."
