Staycation At Ginger Goregaon

We love Ginger for the comfort and it not being far away from home but far enough for a Staycation. The Cumin restaurant is awesome too, it has an amazing breakfast spread and the wait staff is polite and friendly. The Front office staff needs some work and to be fast

I stayed for 10 days.The location is not of much popular, however 10 minutes walking distance from local train station.Breakfast and food is of good quality coupled with good service.Room sizes are very small and one can't afford to take much freedom to move. Dedicated housekeeping number not provided so one has to contact everytime reception staff for any issue.Service at reception counter is Okay.Overall stay was good..

Property is good but the cleaning of the room is not in PTO the mark. Carpen not vacuum, towels not placed after room cleaning. Room was dusty. At least need basic cleaning.

The staff was absolutely delightful and helpful. The bed and pillow were super comfy. Probably the comfiest bed on my trip. The food at the breakfast as well as the restaurant (which included a limited menu 24/7 for room service) was excellent. The airport shuttle/taxi was on time and a very kind, friendly gentleman was my driver. I didn’t understand the directions to meet with him at the airport but he and the hotel waited for me until I could figure it out. (My phone died and I was quite tired.) First time at Mumbai! The hotel was clean and secure.

I had a wonderful stay at Ginger Hotel, Goregaon, Mumbai. The highlight of my experience was the breakfast service — truly exceptional! The Indian buffet spread is excellent with a great variety of delicious dishes to choose from each morning. What made it even better was the outstanding service from the staff, especially Raman. He is incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive. Raman makes sure everything runs smoothly and guests are well taken care of — his hospitality really stands out and adds tremendous value to the experience. The rooms are basic but the staff do their best and make the stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel, and a special thanks to the breakfast team for making mornings so delightful!

The room was really really dusty. I walked bare foot from the bed to the bathroom and could feel dirt on the floor too. Opening the blinds also led to a lot of air borne dust.

POOR SERVICE

The night manager wasn’t cooperative at all! They were short of towels how is that even possible at such hotels. Didn’t even clean room when we asked them to.
