"The reception staff were very helpful. The location is in the heart of Whistler's main business district, and the hotel parking is convenient. However, the price is higher than average. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious. If you're looking for accommodation and haven't decided yet, I recommend this place."

"The elevator did not work for 24 hrs from 10:00 at night till 10 in the morning . This was terrible for Check out.also not good instructions to do check in"

"When I checked in, I mentioned to the front desk that I'm pregnant and hoped to take some photos during our stay. I asked if it would be possible to have a room with a nice view. Unfortunately, we were given a room facing the trees, so it was very dark and had no view at all. Even worse, the room was right next to the elevator. We couldn't sleep all night because of the constant noise from the elevator. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not clean, which was very disappointing."

"We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we were always well taken care of, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This is a fantastic place for families with kids. Our children had an absolute blast on the waterslide and spent hours enjoying it throughout the weekend. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped...

"Our toilet was not flushing when we had arrived. We spoke to someone directly at the front desk, she said she would have someone come look at it right away. We did mention that we were gonna be out of the room majority of the day when we arrived back eight hours later, the toilet was still not flushing. We then proceeded to wait for maintenance to come before any of us could shower and get ready for bed. It was very frustrating and we gave them more than eight hours to resolve the issue."
