Town centre tranquility

Excelkent location but quiet at night which is a great combination. Our gas fire did not work at first but the team fixed it and it was so cosy. Sonja at the front desk was so helpful.

the room was clean, staff very helpful, the area beautiful. We even had an issue with the room and was dealt within hours. Yes would strongly recommend. The only issue, which is nothing major is why pay for parking.

We had a great stay at Alpenglow Lodge! The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. The only downside was the air conditioning—it was a bit too noisy, so we ended up turning it off and opening the window instead, which worked fine. What I really appreciated was how the staff contacted us right away about the items we accidentally left behind after checkout. That kind of thoughtfulness means a lot. Overall, a very good experience!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the centre and it's amenities and within a short walk to Whistlers main attractions.If you are planning to stay a few days without using your car, the underground car park is safe and convenient. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel or it's staff.
