"There key card machine was broken and I had to come down 3 times to have it reprogrammed and still it won’t work . Lasy from reception has to open the door and let us in . AC was loud and noisy . We only had 1 towel in the bathroom and when I went to get an extra towel there was none available at reception . Breakfast was bad . We were there just for one night ."
