"Lampshade turned backwards because other side coffee or something threw on it.tiolet paper holder broken each time you reach fell on floor. No luggage holder available went to each floor looking for one told by staff they have 7 but none looked twice. Rated a 8.6 not even a. 5 very disappointed in Hilton. plus pay to park not good. the aircondition was terrible loud."

"Close to Airport shuttle available to use, staff friendly, clean well maintained, nice pool area, breakfast many options, happy hour with basic snacks, bar/restaurant food good. Biggest complaint parking garage at property that you scan bar code and PAY to park 20 bucks a day on top of a premium nightly hotel nightly fee. Seemed to be lots of road noise you could here busy area."

"The hotel has a cozy feel about it. Room was clean and spacious. Close to the airport too. Most of all, the staff was friendly and accomodating."

"The staff is friendly inspire of the repeated asks from other guests .e.g. ppl returning from a concert that weekend forgetting keys / remaking them etc. I returned late myself and had no parking spot available..but the person at the front desk opened up a staff spot for me! It's a safe place for sure and the nearby stores and restaurants are a plus."

"Sorry but very disappointed of this hotel Old construction, old rooms, TV was not working, A/C supposedly in 60F cold but it was only blowing hot air, it felt humid inside the room, sheets had a smell, bathroom tub peeling off, in general pretty bad shape and it wasn’t a cheap price to pay for one night. I sat down in the lobby to wait for my ride and the sofa where I was sitting looked so dirty and smelled. To conclude, I came down around 8:30am and NO breakfast and the staff only said “no breakfast, sorry”. Very, very disappointed. What the owners need to do is tear down the whole building and make a new one, modernize. With this experience I don’t even want to know about Ramada rewards, I will make sure that in the future I don’t book any Ramada Hotel. "
