"The facilities we at on the weekend, is poor and stinks like a place that wasn't used, for a long time. We are very disappointed, the pillow is not for your sleeping, I don't know what i call it. It's not hygiene, for ten people to sleep inside, you should cut down to a healthy number, and not the money. . I want to talked about this issue but it falls in death ears. Disappointed and disgusting. "

"The hotel was well presented, I was allowed early check in at about 12:30pm. The restaurant makes great coffee, I had a few and they were all very good. The rooms were tidy, clean and spacious. They also had very comfortable beds and a range of 4 different pillows to choose from, which was great. The bathroom is a little dated but very clean and tidy and in good overall condition. This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to almost everything in the CBD and waterfront."

"Great location. Some misunderstanding with car parking. Probably me who didn't read the fine print. Thought it said car parking available and no need to book. However actually needed to book and extra $20 per night. I had also booking 2 rooms. I paid for both rooms. Site asked for names of who would be staying in rooms. Entered. Rooms were given on different floors and not next to each other. Receptionist said they had no way of knowing we were travelling together."

"Good location but disappointing accomodation. Rooms very tired, only heating was a little fan heater in one room. Duvet dirty and had a cigarette burn hole. Blanket also dirty. Wifi didn't work in room, unhelpful staff when bought to their attention. Would not stay again"

"We arrived just before sunset and we were greeted by a beautiful sunset. Our cabin was on absolute beach frontage so the view was unobstructed. We poured ourselves a glass of wine and sat on the deck having a relaxing evening. The kitchen area had all the necessary items to prepare a meal but all cooking had to be done in the common kitchen, just behind us. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night and the receptionist offered us a favourable discount for the second night."
