"It was ok Restaurant was too expensive for the poor quality of food. Rooms were not ready at 3 pm check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable but not what I would call premium as discribed. Kids had fun. "

"This place is a circus. It's actually like four different, disjointed properties all called B Ocean Resort. Several room changes for our party were required due to broken items (ie. A/C, phones) and so we were forced to try to reach the front desk by cell phone. Any request we made, such as for towels since housekeeping never cleaned our room, were hit and miss as to whether or not they would come. I will never stay here again, nor will I ever recommend someone else to ever stay there."

"Good hotel , convenient location, clean has a good pool, wish bar was a bit more active, breakfast sucks no effort to make a decent breakfast. Was there for 4 nights everyday same eggs and potatoes. Only two waffle machines takes forever to be able to make a waffle."

"Check in process was quick and easy. However, upon entering my room, there was an odor that smelled like pets and feet. I went back to front desk and they changed my room without a fuss. There was someone cooking in the room next door and whatever they were making smelled very burned and the odor was extremely strong. I returned to the front desk and was a bit disappointed in the initial response that they had no other available rooms and they would send someone to spray something in my room to "see" if that helped and if not they would find me a new room. I pressed them to say that I had prepaid through Expedia and should not have an issue with getting a room that I would be comfortable in and free from sneeze triggering odors. had to basically plead with them to just switch my room because I did not want to have to deal with that issue for my entire stay. Eventually after about 15-20 minutes they accomodated me. Besides lack of parking by the building where I was staying and the issue with the odors, everything else was great. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the pool, but the area was beautiful!! The stay was quiet and relaxing...would definitely return to this property!"

"Internet worked well. Comfortable bed and clean room. I just needed a room for the night between flights so didn’t get to check the pool. Nothing except the desk is open here at night or early morning. "
