"Breakfast was great. Lots of options, although we did have trouble with cream that had soured. Staff were quick to fix. Fairly clean - some garbage left on tables by other patrons that wasnt cleared off in the time we ate. Exterior of hotel leaves some desirability. Main parking is at back, and its quite dark. Lucky to score parking spots outside our room."

"I stayed here last week for a business trip to London and overall had a good stay, though there are a few areas that could be improved. I booked a one bedroom suite and was happy with how spacious and clean it was. The room included kitchen amenities like a microwave, fridge, sink, and utensils. I was also on the first floor, which made it convenient to access the ice machine and filtered water station in the gym. One thing that could have been communicated better was the security deposit at check-in. The receptionist processed the charge without mentioning it, so I was confused when I noticed the amount charged was different from my booking total. Breakfast was okay, but during the first two mornings the plates and utensils were disposable plastic, and some labels on the jars for jams were faded. Interestingly, on my last morning, proper mugs replaced the disposable cups, the plastic tableware was gone, and the labels had been refreshed - apparently head office was visiting that day. I just wish the same attention to detail had been there throughout the stay. Since I was traveling for work, I also found the desk setup lacking. The lighting around the desk wasn’t great for working, and there wasn’t a proper desk chair provided. That said, despite seeing many kids in the hotel, it was surprisingly quiet during my stay!"

"Parking served the purpose Keeping in mind the establishment is under renovation, the property grounds definiely require more TLC Windows require cleaning inside and out Beds/bedding were comfortable and served the purpose for our trip Staff were accomodating ensuring our requests for towels/incidentals were brought to our rooms in timely manner"

"Great location beside the Market. Parking isnt horrible (entrance to walk to vehicle is just steps away from the hotel. Unfortunately if u want in/out privileges its the markets parking garage and super expensive. The hotel offers a voucher for parking which does save u some $ which is nice, but Unfortunately has no in/out privileges. Super friendly staff. Room was nice. Hotel itself was nice. Will return"

"No slippers provided, ( they said will provide when booked) called the front desk, and just say sorry at first place. Then I complain, because no slippers, how could we do the bath. Then they suddenly drop off slippers. Also, when we check in, they mentioned we could take drinks from minibar, no charge. We took the water and coke. Then we got charged when we check out. Very disappointed experience."
