We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. Alot of kids yelling and running around so we were a bit leary but they made aure we were in a lovely quiet room on the top floor. We were very thankful.

I was disappointed with a couple of key things; I booked the hotel because they had a restaurant as well as room service. This was important because my husband had surgery and I was alone. Well, the restaurant was closed and therefore no room service. I also booked because of the kitchenette but there was nothing stocked. No plates, silverware or pots.

The hotel was under renovation, so the restaurant was unavailable. However, due to the location of the hotel, there were lots of dining options within a short walk. Check-in was quick and easy, and staff are friendly.
