"The check in process was really great, we got discounted upgrades upon arrival.
Overall, we loved the property and would stay again, but the most irritating part was the parking garage. We paid to park our car and come and go using our room key, but the room key NEVER worked, not once. Even after getting it "re-keyed" the 2nd day. Had to call the security/attendant every time to ask for help while we were stuck in the garage.
Our room was not cleaned the entire time we were there which was okay, but seemed odd since we had a suite and did not have the "Do Not Disturb" hanger on the door.
The LOCATION of the LINQ is perfect, and we'd definitely stay again in the future. Loved playing games in this casino, too.
They MUST figure out the parking garage situation!
