It has a very good location. The AC worked great in the heat. The pool was clean and well kept. The breakfasts were great and the woman keeping things stocked was very friendly and helpful. The tub liked to drip, but other that that it was great. Expedia had a reservation, but the Crystal Inn did not receive it which caused a delay at check in.

Customer service was excellent! Shout out to the man working 7/18/26. We checked in around 8pm and we were exhausted after a long day. He was so friendly, welcoming and just super nice to talk to. The hotel was great! Amenities were on point. The kids loved the pool, we even made some new friends while swimming. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable! Only recommendation I have is to add more bed pillows or use larger pillows. They were a tad small and made it hard to sleep.

Love stain at this place it's always very convenient has great parking options so you don't have to park at the airport they have a shuttle to the airport from the hotel and vice versa on this trip however we were just shopping for prom dresses and it was a great place to stay and affordable

This was a perfect place for us to spend one night in Salt Lake City after a city tour and a tour on the lake. We were very tired and really appreciated. A very comfortable bed and a good night sleep. Everyone was very helpful.
