"Hotel is next to the airport, but the airport noise is not loud in the building. The hotel charges $5/day to park, which seems like nickel and diming customers. Breakfast is not typically included with a room booked. Room service is only on request 24 hours in advance. They also make you read a long customer agreement online prior to checking in. I've never had to do that at a hotel before. The hotel did have a good assortment of snacks and drinks for a fee. My room was fine, but had a couple of issues. 1. The toilet rocked when using it. It was not shimmed to the floor. 2. The shower controls was missing a small lever that controlled the water temperature. 3. The AC sounded like a lawn mower starting up when the compressor kicked on. Breakfast was standard hotel items - eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes. Bread, bagels, and cereal available. Cappuccino and latte were available for a charge. The decor of the hotel is urban chic. There are Instagram worthy spots around the hotel and pool area. "

"3rd year in a row here but ther wont b a 4th…prices 2 high.hav been willing 2 bite bullet on condition of place the past couple years but not again.place pretty dirty,very outdated,musty smell throughout.sadly,even free breakfast suckd.unless your from 3rd world country,u wudnt enjoy it.such a shame 2 leev this review but it is what it is.buyer beware"

"The room was not very clean. I always wear socks on a tile floor and they were filthy while only being worn in the room. The sink fixture wasn't secured and moved when you turned on the faucet. As was the toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Although there was a sign on the vanity mirror stating towels and sheets would be changed after 3 days, or more often upon requests, nothing was done. We stayed 4 nights and never received clean towels, sheets, nor trash emptied. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told we had to ask regardless of what the signage stated in room. Person at desk was very hard to understand and not at all helpful. The pool was full of leaves. It was professionally cleaned the 2nd day we were there but it was by a large tree and the leaves continually blew in. No one ever used the skimmer to remove the leaves. Most of the pool furniture was filthy and broken. Hotel is on an extremely busy and noisy road. Internet was spotty and TV kept freezing up. Very disappointing!!"

"This hotel was in major need of repair. There is nobody at the desk when you check in, only a virtual agent so you can kiss any customer service goodbye. Furniture was cracking, holes and (blood)? On curtains, bathroom door falling apart, rust everywhere. The room was clean but very damp and had a horrible smell. I would not stay here again. "

"This is a good overnight stay near the airport. The area seemed safe. The parking is located close to your unit and is well lit at night. Check in and out was easy. I gave it 3 stars because the bathroom and kitchen area needed an extra scrub. The bed was clean and comfortable."
