"The hotel was clean and I had a very good nights sleep. There was plenty of parking and evening meal was good. Wi Fi was not very good and 8 had no mobile signal throughout my stay."

"Lovely accommodation above a local inn with very nice restaurant. Room was beautifully presented with both bath and shower room and bed was very comfortable. Food is served in a great restaurant, being part of the pub and clearly a favourite with locals. The menu was excellent with fish and meat courses and breakfast was equally as good. Very friendly staff, good food and wonderful room. The perfect combination! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. "

"The staff were so lovely, welcoming, and helpful on arrival. The hotel has recently gone under renovation, the hallways are still a bit retro but the rooms are updated and extemely spacious, perfect if you need to repack a suitcase before flying! The bed was Huge and very comfy, and the bathroom was lovely. The towels were actually a decent size too. I requested a room with a bath and my request was fulfilled . "A really lovely hotel and we couldn't fault the superior room we stayed in. Staff were friendly and keen to help, breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. Lovely bar area and off course Pecks restaurant now on site - which was the reason for our stay at the hotel (Dinner at Eight). The only slight disappointment was that the website indicated there would be a band on from 6-8pm on the night we stayed but we were told they haven't been booked for January. It didn't spoil our stay...
