Best Western Plus Ottawa City Centre
Transports parked in parking lot, had to listen to back up alarms and air brakes as they tried to maneuver as I was trying to sleep. Uncomfortable bed and the worst pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. Over priced for what you get.

Be ready to walk a bit, first from the parking to the reception, then from reception to the room. Although shopping was nearby, the walk was back to reception, then around the building to the shopping centre. If you see something missing, ask. The staff are very polite but don't offer.
