Wonderful stay, everything was awesome. I stayed in a studio room, it had all required kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave etc. Definitely recommended for anyone willing to stay in the vicinity.

The room was without any stains or any issues. The parking was exactly where it said it was.

Room was clean and building itself was quiet. Check in and parking was easy. Only complaints the head of the bed was lower than the feet which made it uncomfortable, the foot stole in the room was missing a leg so it could not be used and you could hear the music from the clubs around the building.

Check in was smooth but in another building down the street. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was included, in an enclosed garage and located right next door to hotel, and I was able to get two entry fobs for two vehicles no problem. The hotel itself is not in excellent condition but the room was cozy, well maintained and clean. I enjoyed my stay very much :)

Good value

For the price, the room was big and the kitchenette was nice to have. The building hallways were a little worn down, but no complaints about the quality of the room. It was about a 30 minute walk to Parliament, so reasonably convenient to walk to downtown. A good place to stay while visiting Ottawa.

Overall, the property was good. Communication between the staff at the counter can improve. Especially regarding the parking tenure arrangement. There is always a pleasant way to reaffirm the arrangements made previously, just because those who work on the next shift are not aware of it. The location is convenient walking distance of Parliament Hill.
