"Both pools were very nice. It was a little tricky finding a place if you waited too long to put your towel down, but we always found somewhere. Location was great. Extremely friendly staff. Great start thing right from shore. You can book all your extra amenities from the hotel itself. It would have been cheaper but we booked ours ahead of time. He would definitely stay again"

"This is great value. The hotel isn't very big but with the Placita (the small square) just outside, and the pool and beach just across the small parking lot, it was very conveniently located. I had no issues whatsoever. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. There are events in the evening in the Placita, so if you go to bed before 9pm and you're sensitive to noise, you may want a more isolated place. But if you like having things like live music or karaoke a few steps away, then you'll love this place."

The 'All Inclusive package' was a great value, but the food quality didn't quite match up. Specifically, the bread and pizza options felt repetitive and stale, and the salad bar was often depleted without timely refills. Guests were looking to let loose, but the vibe fell flat 🙁. One night of entertainment isn't enough – live music or shows can really make the experience. On the bright side, the beach was stunning and truly relaxing 😊. To elevate the experience, I'd love to see more varied and freshly prepared food options, and live music or entertainment . Hope this helps enhance future guests' stays!""

"The staff were fantastic. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The resort itself is average. The food was okay. The breakfast buffet food in the hot plates was not very hot, but the woman making the omelettes made a very good breakfast. The people working at the front reception desk did not know much of anything about the resort. They could never answer any of our questions and they did not know anything about the events happening at the resort. I think the reception desk should be the go to, to get your questions answered. There were a couple of staff members trying to get people involved over the week with yoga, zumba, etc. but there was very little participation. The nightly music was not the best. If you want good music, travel down the beach to the other resorts. They had some really good music. "

"Overall, the resort is beautiful. I’m not sure if it’s just the culture or if the staff needs additional training in responding to guest requests in a timely fashion. Service at breakfast was exceptionally slow. The wait staff didn’t always understand English. The menu listed that eggs could be made to order however, it didn’t matter how we ordered them they always came scrambled. The espresso machine was broken our entire stay. The cleanliness our unit was just OK. Housekeeping only came once during our stay, and that was after we went to the front desk to request it. The pool is gorgeous, perfect temperature, and never overly busy during our stay. The location of the resort is excellent. It was a very short walk to the beach. We utilized the wristbands for the San Simon beach club each day. Our unit had laundry in it, which was very beneficial. Overall, we were happy with our stay at the resort and would come back. Ahead of our trip I communicated with the resort via WhatsApp about a couple of things and I got a few different answers from a few different staff at the resort, so that was confusing."

"For the price of the hotel, it was fantastic. Very clean. Super friendly staff. Perfect location on the beach in the middle of everything. Food for the price was an excellent value with specials on both food and drink every day. "

"The staff here are so kind and accommodating. My daughter and I stayed 6 nights. We liked how it was away from the noise of West Bay, but still on the beach and a few minute walk to small stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good and fresh. Great cocktails at the bar and yummy food at the restaurant. The pool is very shallow - suitable for young children. This is a laid back place with everything you need- not a fancy 5 star resort. But it is clean, comfortable, safe and on the sea. Great home base for exploring Roatan. "

"What a beautiful villa- modern, spacious, well-appointed kitchen, super comfy beds, gorgeous pool, and only a 2 minute walk down a lovely walkway to the beach. You also get access to the sister hotel for another pool, gym, and free beach chairs/ umbrellas. "

"The property was tidy but garbages full and not emptied. Floor in room made my feet black. No fridge in rooms, and fridge used for providing breakfast smelled and was dirty. Staff very friendly. "
