"Once was, a grand hotel. Restaurants they list on website close early and though they claim having 4 restaurants I never saw more than one open. Furniture in room was worn. AC in room didn't work. Very few outlets in room. Cousins to be smoke free property, everytime I walked up to main entrance had to walk through smokers."

"Wonderful hotel in a great location. Many attractions were well within walking distance and there is an underground station right out the door. The hotel had everything to make our stay fun and enjoyable. And the price is quite reasonable for a major European capital. We couldn’t have been happier with this choice. "

"Excellent location to train station and everything you would want to see and do. Room was large and very quiet. We had an issue with the shower on the first morning and our room was quickly changed. Hotel always seemed quiet for the size which was good."

"Would like to have water stations on each floor and a water jug etc in room so could then easily use, just trying to save the planet as much as possible Plus you have things to say not to change towels or clean room , so this little thing can save as well "

"The first room had a smell of drains which was present throughout the outside corridor. They agreed to change the room, which returned me to happiness. Staff were good in general, although they didn’t supply or resupply the tea/coffee facilities well at all."

"Zimmer & Komfort Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß, allerdings ist der Grundriss etwas unvorteilhaft gestaltet. Die Betten waren zwar bequem, aber die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wirkten alt und abgenutzt – diese sollten dringend erneuert werden. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt im Bad: Es wäre schön, wenn Bodylotion zu den bereitgestellten Pflegeprodukten gehören würde. Service & Personal Hier gibt es den größten Verbesserungsbedarf. Das Housekeeping war wenig aufmerksam (einige Handtücher wurden beim Wechseln schlichtweg vergessen). Der größte Schwachpunkt war jedoch die Rezeption: Das Personal war sehr unaufmerksam und unfreundlich. Mir fiel auf, dass die männlichen Kollegen etwas professioneller waren als die weiblichen. Lage & Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig an mehreren Knotenpunkten gelegen, was je nach Reiseziel sehr praktisch ist. Was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angeht: Sauberkeit und allgemeine Instandhaltung sind in Ordnung, aber für den gebotenen Service und die Ausstattung ist das Hotel ein bischen zu teuer."
