"Great hotel; clean, secure, safe, and convenient. Check-in was quick, staff was friendly, informative, and very welcoming (24-hr coffee access in lobby!) Room was clean and loaded with extras; larger refrigerator for a hotel, microwave, variety of teas/coffee, and couch w/ottoman. Breakfast was better than most; two types of egg dishes, sausage, various bread/pastry offerings, good cereal choices (including oatmeal), and waffle-making station. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or gym, but I'll definitely be back..."

"I had called the day before booking to confirm that the hot tub was operational. I was assured that it was functioning well. When I arrived the next day, the water was lukewarm at best. The consulation was that the water in the shower was hot...well, until the day before I left when the hot water vanished. Most mornings the breakfast was fine, but the last day, the eggs were inedible! One night, there was an arguement in the parking lot at midnight that woke me up. Not the hotel's fault, but a result of the neighborhood. Other than that, my stay was quiet and peaceful."

"Don’t stay here unless you want to deal with roaches in your room and then telling you they don’t wanna refund your full amount the facility was filthy homeless walking around everywhere big hole in the fence for them just to walk right through the parking lot definitely won’t be staying here again the worst part is they knew about the infestation they just don’t see it as a health and safety concern"

"Clean room with just about everything you need—fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and an iron/board. Included breakfast is a nice perk, even if it’s just average. Tons of parking spaces, though they do charge a fee for overnight parking."

"Stayed here on 5/12. About half of the property was under construction/renovation during our stay, so there was quite a bit of noise and we were unable to rest when we arrived. Our room had not yet been renovated and felt very outdated, so hopefully the updated rooms are an improvement. We also ran out of toilet paper late at night and had to walk to the reception area to get more, as no one offered to bring it to the room. What bothered me most was that this happened around 9 PM and there were two employees at the front, one of whom was sitting on the couch at the time. Another issue was that our TV did not work. I called while we were out and asked if someone could at least take a look at it or try to fix the issue, but I was simply told "no." That said, considering the price, the stay was not terrible. The location was convenient, check-in was quick, and they did allow us to check in three hours early at no extra charge, which I appreciated. However, knowing what I know now, I would personally spend a little more to stay somewhere better next time."
