" the description showed it was free parking, that was one of the reason book the hotel. However, when arrived, the parking policy change to pay $15 plus fee every night."

"Check in got mixed up with another guests check in. I was over charged was supposed to get straightened out but hasn’t. Loud, obnoxious guests at the restaurant/bar. Thankfully the bartender finally cut them off but unfortunately didn’t make them leave even though they were not staying on the ship which left them still bothering guests."

"Great budget friendly place to stay within a short walk to Old Town Sacramento. Clean room with a comfortable bed and a nice complimentary breakfast of bagels and pastries. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy with the freeway nearby."

"The breakfast is good, the room was clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance of downtown if you don't mind walking in an industrial area and over a highway bridge. There is a nice clean little fitness room. My only complaint is that the elliptical machine in the fitness room does not work. That is my preferred exercise machine. If you included it in the photos in promotional materials, I think you should keep it in good order. It is dishonest to represent that it is there and then not have it work. "
