"We had a great stay here, comfortable room - shout out to Chantelle who helped us when we had a room issue at the start of our trip. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. The sauna and gym were small but clean and had everything you could need. Hotel is in an excellent location, near trains, tram, sites and restaurants."

The room next door were smoking weed and it was coming through. I told reception, they sent security up and the problem was solved. Staff were great - I really have few complaints."
