"Pros: Breakfast was good and there was variety from day to day. Location was convenient for our needs and walking distance to inner harbor. There’s a WholeFoods up the road and restaurants close by. Area felt safe and family friendly. Cons: Our room on level 4 needed maintenance. It had an awfully masculine deodorant like scent upon entry (perhaps from a previous guest). There were stains on sofa cushions, blind, carpet. Wall covering in bathroom was lifting in areas & stained. Shower curtain stained. Grout needs a good clean. Artwork in bathroom had splatters all over it. Towel had a stain on it. Bathroom lock was broken. No bathroom ventilation/fan for showering so mirror fogs up. Not enough blankets, towels or toilet paper for amount of guests in our room. Pull out sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, even for a young child. Pool was VERY small (more like a hot tub size). Parking is $39+ a night."

"I would say it was an okay stay. The staff was a little rude and the room had a huge purple stain on the rug. One night we got back to the hotel and before we got to the parking garage a homeless lady was banging on our window yelling at us to let her in "

"We love this hotel. Staff is so friendly, it's very clean and the food at both restaurants is great. Pool is wonderful. The parking is exceptional and a definite plus. We had Mother's Day brunch which was delicious. My only comment would be to have the bar stay open later on Saturday nights. Last call at 10pm is too early, especially if you are celebrating a special event."

"I stayed here for my birthday and honestly had a great experience. The staff was excellent and very friendly. We were able to enjoy music until around 12–1 a.m. Of course, we were told to lower it, which was understandable, but it was nice that they handled it kindly because some places complain even when the music is not too loud. The hotel offers breakfast, which is a big plus because it helps you save money. They also have a pool, which is a little small and deep, but still nice. The jacuzzi was amazing. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Another thing I really liked is that there were staff members available even late at night. That is a big plus because many hotels do not have that. They also have free machines for ice and drinks, which was another great detail. The location is very convenient and close to many beautiful places to visit, like the National Arboretum, the NASA museum, the zoo about 15 minutes away, and downtown Washington, D.C. around 15–20 minutes away. Overall, it was a very good experience. The price was great for everything the hotel offers, and I would definitely stay here again."
