I wish there was more consistent hot water when I took a shower. But there were a lot of people at the property for a conference and old pipes. Some of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Some seemed inconvenienced by their job. That was a bummer. "

"Clean room. Clean bathroom. Housekeeping was wonderful and always did more than what was expected. All the outlets in the main area didn’t work. I had to make my coffee in the bedroom or in the bathroom. Couldn’t use that to its potential. The initial communication through text from Sindy was a waste of time. First she claimed they didn’t have a pool, then she said she didn’t know. Come to find out it was on the top floor. And half of my stay, the pool was occupied for swimming lessons. I came to the hotel with 3 children. The pool area accumulates water and it’s entirely too slippery on tile. Everyone kids who were WALKING were cracking their heads on the tile."

"The younger staff member at the front desk on 3/6/2026 in the morning was not particularly courteous. However, the senior staff member in the afternoon when I checked in was professional and provided good service."
